Hi there. I'm a language teacher in her extremely late 30s (LOL), and this is my attempt to become what I've always wanted: a lean, fit and strong woman... And once I've become that, I'll continue working harder to become an athlete - a runner, or a bodybuilder.
Today is Monday, April 18th. My journey started oficially 25 months ago, and I've learnt more than a few things by trial and error. I think I'm wiser now, I've learnt to stay focused and to be strong (at least, emotionally), and I'm getting ready to do what it takes to achieve my fitness goals. I'm sure ACHIEVING will lead me to a healthier and happier me.
